1)Margarine is the most deceptive food you can ever eat. Margarine is full of saturated and unsaturated fats which create heart problems and cardiovascular diseases. 3)All soups are jam-packed of unsaturated fats. If you like soups try vegetable soups which are tasty and good for your health at the same time.

4)All the fast food you can eat in town is prepared using hydrogenated oils and are filled with fats. Fries, chicken, burgers all are full of harmful fats. If you succeed to find a fast food restaurant that uses normal oil in their food preparation the fires are pre cooked and just heated and cooked a little by the restaurant. For example a average portion of fries contains 14.5 grams of fats and a piece of KFC chicken has 7 grams.

5)On the banned food list you will also find pies, cakes, pizza and any deep fried foods you regularly eat. You should always steer way form any deep fried foods because they are incredibly unhealthy and full of fats.

6)Pastries contain lots of fats. As an example doughnuts are cooked in unsaturated fats and loads of fats are used in producing the dough. If you cannot live without them you will just have to make them at home. That way you will know for sure that they are much more good for you.

7)Relentlessly snacking on candy and chips is a very harmful eating habit. Potato chips and popcorn are jam-packed of fats and chocolate candy is full of unsaturated fats.

8)Even the classic good for you breakfast foods contain unsaturated fats but in a small quantity: toast, cereal, milk... If your favorite cereals contain nuts they contain fats too, but they are healthy fats.

9)Chocolate and cake can contain huge amounts of fats. You just have to be careful. Always check their label to make the right choice. A piece of chocolate or a piece of cake contain much more unsaturated fats than regular candy.

10)Coffee, whip cream, ice-cream, toppings all contain lots of unsaturated fats. Just use skim milk in your coffee.

You cannot do away with all the unsaturated fats from your diet even if you tried your best. What you can do is decrease the daily eating by making the right choices. Use olive oil in you cooking, especially for salads for instance.
